A new partner joins Zoom Out: Artijoc

Artijoc, living through play!
We work towards emancipatory education through respectful and sustainable play.
We make a commitment to life!

At Artijoc, we believe that through play and books, we can help cultivate critical thinking in children. In our store and wood workshop, we strive to build a better world through emancipatory education.

We do this by offering materials that foster curiosity and respect the playtime and development pace of each child. We carefully select the toys and materials we offer, considering pedagogical, social, and environmental criteria.

Our company is structured as a cooperative because we are driven by values of social justice, feminism, and anti-capitalism.
As a cooperative, we are part of the Social and Solidarity Economy network of Vallès Oriental (Barcelona), where we work to center life through the fight for rights and respect. And we do all of this surrounded by toys, books, and handmade wooden play structures!

What we do at Artijoc
We specialize in making play a central part of our lives, and all of our activities revolve around this. But… what exactly do we do?

We are a toy store, and you can find us in person in Cardedeu. You can also visit our online store if you prefer. We ship anywhere within Spain!

We also provide consulting services for schools and educational centers regarding pedagogical materials, board games, books, and toys.

And finally, there’s Puput! Our wood workshop, where we build play structures for schoolyards and parks so children can play freely.
